Been playing the demo over the last few days.. frustrating as TrackIR doesn't work, but the game is overall "meh" anyway, as firstly it's a console port and secondly it's an Arcade with some realism.

So this not worth paying out for then...

Nah, and whilst it has great eye candy, the effects are over done to make people go "wow" more than they have purpose.. You get the full rain effect as shown in the screenshot above just by flying through cloud level - note, not even necessary to fly through a cloud, just cloud-level! It is also very on or off.. no in-between. It's either torrential rain, or bone dry. Same for Sun glare, you're either blinded (literally complete white-out) or perfect vision.
