Thought we had this somewhere, but can't find it, so I thought I'd throw one together for those thinking of reinstalling:

Correct at time of writing March 2012

IL2 -1946:
Vanilla install takes you up to 4.07
Patch in order: 4.08 - 4.09 - 4.10 - 4.101 - 4.11 - Hotfix to correct CTD error

IL2 -Forgotten Battles
Patch in order: 1.01 - 1.11 - 1.22 - 4.09 - 4.10 - 4.101 - 4.11 - Hotfix to correct CTD error (Note no need for 4.08)

If loading from vanilla, there is a version of patch 1.22 that includes the previous patches.

IL2 -Cliffs of Dover
All patches should be available via Steam.
1.0.13954 - 1.00.14101 - 1.01.14550 - 1.05.15950

CoD is not compatible with the other versions though....
