Saitek Cyborg gets my vote for a cheap stick, of the X45 if you find a second hand one..

Aye, the cybog Evo is a nice stic, can be left or right handed, has many buttons, twist rudder and the throttle on the back. Everything you need tbh :) and £25 last time I looked..

As Bob says, if your are in this for the long term and can stretch the budget a small amount then X52 it has to be.

although it has to be said,,it can take 1 week to set it up, and may detract from your concentration.

But I'm over twice your age, so you'll prollyl be fine in 3 minutes with it.

I'm a single stick man. Tried an X52 for a fortnight...never once ventured online with it, was too damn complex.

You heathens...

the X45/52 is just like your single stick jobs, just with a bigger fistful of throttle which you can put wherever you want.

Oh and SHEDLOADS of buttons.

HOTAS all the way. Even configured mine for typing in insults....
