Seem to be getting about 3-5 seconds lag with ym stick, was fine yesterday yet today its buggered, any ideas anyone?

I can't even get the programming software to install properly. Damn thing just won't accept that there is a controller plugged into the computer!

could be a IRQ problem. try plugging stick in different usb port.

for lag....sounds strange as you say one day is fine and next its not. make sure that the advanced command is quantized. ortherwise Thron's approach sounds good.

I've found my Saitek stick (evo) is sometimes not detected properly on startup... "Manual Configuration error" of some description.
Only happens maybe one in ten boots but hasn't displayed any lag that I've noticed...

Sorry can't offer a constructive response but I think it shows there are certain "issues" with Saitek software. But then what software doesn't show these traits ?

I'm on driver ver - 4.3.3.1705
S/w ver 4.3.3.27
