Bulge Map

Post by MA_Moby »

Ardennes - winter 1944/1945

http://premium1.uploadit.org/MAMoby/bulge.rar

It assumes that the American counter offensive has begun. Bastogne is still encircled, but trying to break out. US columns are advancing, Germans are retreating. In other places tanks from the 5th and 6th Panza Corps, out of fuel, are entrenched and making a last ditch stand. Well stocked airfields to pound. USAAF and RAF flying P51's P47's P38's B25's and Spitfires. Luftwaffe flying 109 G6/AS G10 G16, FW190 A9, ME262 a1 a2, bf110, he111s.

Better than the kursk map I think, because the distances are much shorter. And it's nice and snowy!

hmmm - it seems to have an indestructable german army AAA tank. I destroyed it five times but it kept on regenerating like some mad Doctor Who :D It got me in the end! Maybe it's because it's technically an artillery piece? Tricky stuff this map making

LOL - and I am well stuck on two maps ATM. A quite nice one developing around Nagasaki and the bomber heaven madness.
